Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after production):

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
    (Customs processing may cause additional delays.)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on our website.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
